Will I get motion sickness?
Most people adapt quickly to VR. We offer experiences with varying intensity levels, and our staff can recommend gentler introductions if you're concerned. Take breaks if needed—comfort is key.
Do I need gaming experience?
Absolutely not! VR is intuitive and accessible to everyone. Our tutorials guide you through controls step-by-step, and many experiences are designed specifically for beginners.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes are recommended. Avoid loose accessories that might interfere with headset straps. We provide hygiene covers for all equipment.
Can I wear glasses?
Yes! Our headsets accommodate most eyewear comfortably. If you have particularly large frames, let staff know during setup for adjustments.
How long are sessions?
Standard sessions range from 30 to 60 minutes depending on the experience. First-timers often start with shorter sessions and build up as they become more comfortable.
Is it safe for children?
We welcome players aged 10 and up. Younger participants require parental supervision, and we offer age-appropriate content. Equipment is adjustable to fit different heights and sizes.
Can I play with friends?
